Delivery & Payment

Payment

Payment shall be made before the due date in our invoice to you, which is normally within two week from the date of delivery. For late payment, we may charge 2%/month on the amount overdue to cover our capital costs.

To produce for your orders of some specific products in our catalogue, we may require advance payment or deposit if the production of these products require a high level of capital concentration or special preparations for production. We will discuss with you when such a need arises.

You can pay for your order by:

  1. Cheques or money order :

  2. Direct deposit :
    Please deposit the payment to the following bank account. In the DESCRIPTION OF PAYMENT, quote your full name.

  3. Telegraphic Transfer (T/T):

  4. Letter of Credit (L/C):
    Suitable for large order from international buyers because bank charge for L/C can be high. Ask your bank if you want to know more about this payment method. Bank charges are exclusive from the price.

Packaging

Regular packaging applies and without insurance for transportation. If you want specific packaging method or insurance, please let us know in advance. Insurance is additional to the price.

Delivery

Orders from outside Melbourne metropolitan are dispatched once a week. We shall chose a courier who, in our discretion, is competitive in the market to deliver our products. If you want a specific method of delivery or a specific courier to deliver your order, please discuss with us. Delivery is exclusive from the price. We retain ownership over products delivered to you until payment is fully made.

Returns Policy

For clients within Victoria, we will replace defective or broken products within a week from the date you inform us of a defective product. For interstate clients, we will replace defective products in the next delivery to you.

Minimum order

We don't apply any minimum order whatsoever for Australian retailers. International clients please contact us for a minimum order.
